These terms cover the use of this website and any order placed through it with Mangone's Garden Center. Placing an order means you accept them.

2. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send the dispatch email. If we cannot fulfil it we will tell you and refund in full.
3. Prices
Shown in US dollars and can change without notice. The price at checkout is the price of your order. Where a price is obviously wrong we may cancel and refund rather than honour it.
4. Stock
The catalogue reflects what is on our shelves, but stock can sell over the counter at the same time. If something is unavailable after you order, we contact you.
5. Delivery
Covered by the Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates come from the carrier and are not guarantees.
6. Returns
Covered by the Returns and Refunds policy, which does not affect your statutory rights.
7. Product information
We describe items as accurately as we can, using the manufacturer's specification. Screen colour and photography can vary from the item in hand.
8. Use of this site
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at volume, or copy its text and images for another storefront.
9. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
