This page sets out how Mangone's Garden Center gets an order from our shelves to your door.
Rates and timings

| Where we ship | The United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time. |
| Dispatch time | Orders are usually handed to the carrier within 1-2 business days of being placed. |
| Delivery estimate | Most parcels arrive 3-7 business days after dispatch. These are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees. |
| Order confirmation | A confirmation email goes out as soon as the order is accepted, and a second message when it ships. |
How an order moves
- You place the order and receive a confirmation email straight away.
- We pick the items from the same shelves we sell from over the counter and check them before packing.
- The parcel is handed to the carrier, normally within 1-2 business days.
- A dispatch email goes out with tracking as soon as the carrier scans it.
- The carrier delivers, typically 3-7 business days later.
Delivery windows are the carrier's estimate. Weather, public holidays and carrier backlogs can move them, and we will tell you if we know a parcel is running late.
Addresses we cannot ship to
We ship within the United States only. We cannot deliver to freight-forwarding addresses, and we cannot mark a parcel as a gift or under-declare its value.
If a parcel goes missing
Contact us at [email protected] with the order number. We will open a trace with the carrier. If the parcel cannot be found we will replace it or refund it — see the Returns and Refunds page.
